International Sales & Shipping Policies
We are pleased to be able to sell and ship our products to most countries. The customer is responsible for all fees and taxes – we charge only for our shipping costs. Customer is responsible for knowing their own country of residence laws and regulations regarding knives, and other items sold on our website and assumes all risk for the value of the package as well as our shipping costs, should it be confiscated at customs. If a package is found to be undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (which can be higher than the original shipping). All return and replacement shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
- When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
- Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

Condition of Items Sold
We strive to describe the features and conditions of the items we sell as accurately as possible. We are not responsible for slight variations in measurements, colour, or degree of the defect (e.g. light scratch versus a scratch). Any remedy for an unintentional error in description, pricing, or availability is at our discretion.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed, it can not be cancelled. Orders are being processed automatically through Paypal, and cancellation is not possible. Please contact us at info@fablades.com to resolve any issue, we will be happy to assist you. If you change your mind after having placed an order and request us to cancel, if the item is not shipped yet we will retain a 6% PayPal and Restocking fee and will issue you a partial refund.
Return Policy and Refunds
We’re here to help! We only accept returns for unopened and sealed products within 7 days of delivery. Just reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving it, and we’ll gladly provide you with the return address and guide you through the process. Remember, you’re responsible for the cost of return shipping using a tracked method, as well as any customs fees, shipping costs and potential loss in product value if the packaging isn’t in its original condition. Once we receive the parcel, we will issue a partial refund (total amount minus the Paypal fees and the original shipping costs, as unfortunately we will not be able to recover those costs once an item has been shipped). Fablades isn’t liable for any loss or damage during shipping. In case of loss, all associated costs are the customer’s responsibility and refunds won’t be issued. We recommend insuring the package to safeguard against loss or damage. Once we receive the item and make sure everything’s in order, we’ll happily issue your refund, minus any applicable customs fees or value adjustments. Additionally, please note that if the product’s original seal is broken, we have a consignment program to help you resell it, but we won’t be able to accept it as a return. Please note that, we do not accept returns for pre-owned items.
Contact Information, Shipping and Billing Addresses
It’s your responsibility to make sure we have your correct contact information, including email, phone, and mailing address. Please note that Fablades isn’t responsible for any package loss or decrease in value due to incorrect shipping or contact details provided by the customer. Should you find that the shipping address you provided during checkout is incorrect, we kindly request that you promptly inform us by sending an email to info@fablades.com. We will do our utmost to correct the situation and update the shipping address if the item hasn’t been shipped yet. Unfortunately, once the item has been sent out, we won’t be able to make any changes.

We are unable to provide refunds in the event that the package that you have ordered was seized by customs or other agencies. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt.
