International Sales & Shipping Policies
We are pleased to be able to sell and ship our products worldwide. Customer is responsible for all fees and taxes – we charge only for our shipping costs. Customer is responsible for knowing their own country of residence laws and regulations regarding knives, and assumes all risk for the value of the package as well as our shipping costs, should it be confiscated at customs. If package is found to be undeliverable, customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (which can be higher than original shipping). All return and replacement shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
- When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
- Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

Condition of Items Sold
We strive to describe the features and condition of the items we sell as accurately as possible. We are not responsible for slight variations in measurements, color, degree of defect (e.g. light scratch versus a scratch). Any remedy for an unintentional error in description, pricing, or availability is at our discretion.
Once an order has been placed, it can not be cancelled because the orders are processed automatically through Paypal. We can issue a partial refund, only if the request is being sent within 60 minutes after the order has been placed. We will retain 20% of the final order value, to cover PayPal fees and re-listing fees.
Receipt of Goods, Return Policy
You must notify us via email or phone within 24 hours if you do not receive your package as expected.
Brand new sealed items cannot be returned. When the item being sold is brand new sealed, there is no return option. We can only offer returns only if a second hand item wasn’t as described. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may notify us within 2 days of receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your product, you should mail your product back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received and must be shipped fully insured via any common carrier. Most custom knives are guaranteed by the makers we represent, and most factory knives carry the manufacturer’s warranty. We do not guarantee the durability of natural handle materials (such as bone, ivory, wood, pearl, etc.) or the reaction of any material to water and air (rust, oxidation, etc.). Shipping charges are not refundable and all returns are subject to a 10% restocking and credit card processing fee. As per PayPal’s Policies in the event of a refund PayPal fees are nonrefundable. If an item needs to be returned due to our error, we may offer a full refund at our discretion. Any condition visible in our product pictures is considered to be disclosed and does not constitute an error or omission on our part. Contact us before sending any item back as a return. Damage Waiver, Security and Insurance
We maintain a secure, environmentally controlled storage facility for the protection of your items. However, we are not responsible for damage or change in condition of your items while stored in our facility unless due to overt carelessness on our part. Specifically, we are not responsible for rust, cracking of natural materials, or other material degradation. We have security system to protect your items. Security cameras covering the facility, motion sensors, 24 hour monitoring.
Maintain Contact Information, Shipping and Billing Addresses
It is your responsibility to ensure that we have correct contact information for you including email, phone, and mailing address. If we attempt to contact you and after 3 attempts have been unsuccessful, we will send a certified letter to the last address we have on file. If we do not hear from you in 30 days for the date of the certified letter, we will sell or otherwise dispose of the knives at our sole discretion. We will hold funds from sale for 6 months from date of the certified letter, after which you forfeit all claim for your knives or funds due. Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to a follow up contact. If no contact can be made, the order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft. Please be aware it is YOUR responsibility to notify us of any address changes. If you change your address in your customer dashboard you STILL need to notify us of the change via email.
For consignment items you may choose to have your item removed from the site and returned to you at any time. You will be responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. In addition, if the item has been on the site less than three months, you will be assessed a $25 handling fee per item. If your item is listed on our site, it cannot be listed anywhere else for sale. By placing an order the buyer represents that he or she is of legal age and that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner. We assume no responsibility for any harm or injury resulting from the sale, trade, use or handling of any product purchased from us. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and or use, of any item purchased. We are unable to provide refunds in the event that the package that you have ordered was seized by customs or other agencies. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt.
