International Sales & Shipping Policies
We are pleased to be able to sell and ship our products worldwide. Customer is responsible for all fees and taxes – we charge only for our shipping costs. Customer is responsible for knowing their own country of residence laws and regulations regarding knives, and other items sold on our website and assumes all risk for the value of the package as well as our shipping costs, should it be confiscated at customs. If package is found to be undeliverable, customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (which can be higher than original shipping). All return and replacement shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
- When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
- Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

Condition of Items Sold
We strive to describe the features and condition of the items we sell as accurately as possible. We are not responsible for slight variations in measurements, color, degree of defect (e.g. light scratch versus a scratch). Any remedy for an unintentional error in description, pricing, or availability is at our discretion.
Once an order has been placed, it can not be cancelled. Orders are being processed automatically through Paypal, and there is no option for cancellation. Please contact us at email@example.com to resolve any issue, we will be happy to assist you. If you change your mind after having placed an order, and request us to cancel, we will retain a 6% PayPal and Restocking fee and will issue you a partial refund.
You must notify us via email within 24 hours if you do not receive your package as expected.
When the item being sold is brand new and sealed, unfortunately we do not accept ANY returns. Please be sure of your purchase before placing an order. We can only offer returns if the item being sold is a second hand item which is not as described. To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. In order to return it, the item must be in the same condition as you have first received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
If you are eligible for a refund or a partial refund, once your returning item is received and inspected by our staff, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you are eligible for a refund (See “Refunds” section), in order to return your product, you should mail your product back to us to the address provided to you after your return request is being approved. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and insurance for the shipment for returning your item. Fablades is not responsible for any loss or damaged package during the shipment and if the item is lost during the shipment, customer will be responsible for all costs and Fablades will not issue any refunds. Shipping costs are non-refundable. W recommend our customers to fully insure the returning package, so in an unfortunate case of lost or damaged package, you will be able to get a refund from the shipping company.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received and must be shipped fully insured via any common carrier. Most custom knives are guaranteed by the makers we represent, and most factory knives carry the manufacturer’s warranty. We do not guarantee the durability of natural handle materials (such as bone, ivory, wood, pearl, etc.) or the reaction of any material to water and air (rust, oxidation, etc.). Shipping charges are not refundable and all returns are subject to a 10% restocking and credit card processing fee. As per PayPal’s Policies in the event of a refund PayPal fees are nonrefundable. If an item needs to be returned due to our error, we may offer a full refund at our discretion. Any condition visible in our product pictures is considered to be disclosed and does not constitute an error or omission on our part. Contact us before sending any item back as a return, when your request is accepted you will be provided with the address. All returns must be insured.
Maintain Contact Information, Shipping and Billing Addresses
It is your responsibility to ensure that we have correct contact information for you including email, phone, and mailing address. If we attempt to contact you and after 3 attempts have been unsuccessful, we will send a certified letter to the last address we have on file. If we do not hear from you in 30 days for the date of the certified letter, we will sell or otherwise dispose of the knives at our sole discretion. We will hold funds from sale for 6 months from date of the certified letter, after which you forfeit all claim for your knives, fidget toys, any other items or funds due. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft. Please be aware it is YOUR responsibility to notify us of any address changes. If you change your address in your customer dashboard you STILL need to notify us of the change via email.
By placing an order the buyer represents that they are of legal age (according to the buyers local laws and regulations) and that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner. We assume no responsibility for any harm or injury resulting from the sale, trade, use or handling of any product purchased from us. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and or use, of any item purchased. We are unable to provide refunds in the event that the package that you have ordered was seized by customs or other agencies. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt.
