International Sales & Shipping Policies
We are pleased to be able to sell and ship our products to most countries. The customer is responsible for all fees and taxes – we charge only for our shipping costs. Customer is responsible for knowing their own country of residence laws and regulations regarding knives, and other items sold on our website and assumes all risk for the value of the package as well as our shipping costs, should it be confiscated at customs. If a package is found to be undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (which can be higher than the original shipping). All return and replacement shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
- When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
- Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

Condition of Items Sold
We strive to describe the features and conditions of the items we sell as accurately as possible. We are not responsible for slight variations in measurements, colour, or degree of the defect (e.g. light scratch versus a scratch). Any remedy for an unintentional error in description, pricing, or availability is at our discretion.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled because orders are processed automatically through PayPal or credit card companies. However, if you change your mind, please contact us immediately at info@fablades.com. If the item has not yet shipped, we will issue a partial refund after deducting a 4% PayPal fee or a 6% credit card fee.
Return Policy and Refunds
1) General information
This Return Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions for purchases made on the Fablades online store. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions set out below, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
2) Returns for unopened and sealed products
We accept returns for unopened and sealed products if you contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. To start a return, you must contact us within this timeframe to request authorization and instructions.
The customer is responsible for:
• Paying for return shipping using a tracked service
• Any customs fees, import charges, or duties on the return shipment
• Any loss in product value if the packaging or contents are not in original condition
Returned items must be in original condition, unused, with all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Once we receive and inspect the returned parcel and confirm that the conditions above are met, we will issue a partial refund of the purchase price. The refund will equal the total amount paid minus:
• The original shipping costs
• Any transaction fees charged by the payment provider that cannot be recovered
• Any customs fees or related charges that cannot be recovered
Fablades is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping. In the event that a return parcel is lost or damaged in transit, all associated costs remain the responsibility of the customer and no refund will be issued. We strongly recommend insuring the package to safeguard against loss or damage.
3) Returns for defective or incorrect products
If you believe that you have received a defective product or an incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear description of the issue and, where possible, supporting photos or video.
To assist you promptly, we may first attempt to resolve the issue through troubleshooting or by providing repair or adjustment instructions from the maker. If the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will authorize a return.
For authorized returns of defective or incorrect products:
• The customer must return the item using a tracked method and follow any packaging and shipping instructions provided by Fablades.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm the defect or error, we will issue a full refund of the purchase amount, including the original shipping costs.
• At our discretion and subject to prior written approval, we may either provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon presentation of valid proof of payment.
• This policy does not apply to damage resulting from improper use, modification, lack of reasonable care, or normal wear and tear.
4) Non-returnable items
Except as required by applicable law and except in cases of confirmed defect or incorrect shipment, we do not accept returns for:
• Pre-owned items
• Products with broken seals or that have been opened or used
For customers who wish to resell pre-owned items purchased from us, we offer a consignment program to help you resell these products. Please contact us for further details.
5) Statutory rights
Nothing in this Return Policy is intended to exclude, limit, or modify any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If there is any conflict between this policy and mandatory legal rights in your jurisdiction, your statutory rights will prevail.
Order Issues
In the event of any issues arising with your order or parcel subsequent to its receipt, we kindly request that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery. This allows us to promptly address any concerns and provide appropriate assistance.
Contact Information, Shipping and Billing Addresses
It’s your responsibility to make sure we have your correct contact information, including email, phone, and mailing address. Please note that Fablades isn’t responsible for any package loss or decrease in value due to incorrect shipping or contact details provided by the customer. Should you find that the shipping address you provided during checkout is incorrect, we kindly request that you promptly inform us by sending an email to info@fablades.com. We will do our utmost to correct the situation and update the shipping address if the item hasn’t been shipped yet. Unfortunately, once the item has been sent out, we won’t be able to make any changes.
Disclaimer
By placing an order the buyer represents that they are of legal age (according to the buyers’ local laws and regulations) and that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner. We assume no responsibility for any harm or injury resulting from the sale, trade, use or handling of any product purchased from us. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and or use, of any item purchased. We are unable to provide refunds in the event that the package that you have ordered was seized by customs or other agencies. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt.
