Pig Cube by YEDC
Pig Cube is a retro gamepad-style slider with a complex structure featuring 55 internal components.
The cross key is pressable with a crisp sound. The two dot buttons are also pressable but silent. The joystick can rotate and offers a feel comparable to a real gamepad.
One 1.5mm × 6mm tritium tube slot is located on the front, and there’s a lanyard hole on the back.
The PC version includes 4 stickers with circuit board patterns that can be placed inside as decoration.
You can choose your preferred outer shell material or inner liner structure. The material and structure correspond, but if you own both, you can exchange the outer shell and inner liner yourself, as their sizes are consistent.
PEEK edition: magnetic structure. The PEEK Cube magnetic slider can be pushed in four directions and can also rotate.
PC edition: mechanical structure. The PC Cube mechanical slider can be pushed in two directions and can also rotate.
As a mechanical slider, the PC edition allows you to adjust the feel yourself. The internal track board has two slots, each offering a different tactile experience. YEDC also provides an additional track board with ultra-dense segments. You can swap it following the guidance video.
The mechanical inner liner features a unique rotating lock design. Out of the box, there’s no limit post installed, so it can rotate at any position. After installing the limit post, it only rotates when pushed to the end, and cannot rotate at other positions. You can choose the setup that best fits your preference.
Dimensions: 42*42*17 mm
Weight: PEEK magnet edition: 91g – PC mechanical edition: 66g
