PanYun, meaning “playing with clouds” in Chinese, offers a unique dual-sided haptic experience. One side features a magnetic structure, while the other incorporates a bidirectional mechanical ratchet. Both sides can rotate freely in both directions. Factory-installed tassels are included.
PanYun 3.0 introduces a major structural upgrade. The magnetic side features a center screw shaped like a pig’s nose, which anchors the entire mechanism. This ensures both haptic modules stay securely attached during intense spinning.
The central pillar screw can be removed to disassemble the unit, allowing you to customize the mechanical side by swapping in different springs and beads. A specialized removal tool and a set of spare springs and beads are included in the box.
Crafted from stainless steel with a stone-washed and aged finish, the piece showcases two traditional Chinese patterns: “Five Dragons Soaring into the Clouds” on the mechanical side and “Double Clouds Bringing Auspiciousness” on the magnetic side.
