This thin and lightweight slider uses a mechanical and magnetic hybrid structure. When pushed fully forward, it delivers a magnetic repulsion impact accompanied by a tuning-fork effect. Only 200 stainless steel Python units were produced worldwide.
Structure:
The body incorporates a four-layer construction consisting of the upper piece, lower piece, sliding piece, and impact piece. This multi-layer setup enhances the tactile experience, making it rare to achieve such pronounced ejection and impact effects in a design this slim. The newly added SS bead retainer keeps the slider stable during use. For aesthetic purposes, the traditional Teflon middle layer has been replaced with a side bead groove structure, allowing metal-to-metal sliding without friction. With metal on both outer layers and a metal middle layer, the entire piece presents a seamless visual profile.
Appearance:
The Python version in this release is made of stainless steel. The front features a python motif with an extended tongue, while the back is engraved with the SEKI logo and snake-scale patterns. The product video may display additional versions of the Blade Slider.
Two surface options are available:
-
Original stainless steel surface
-
Inlaid crystal-sealed surface
The crystal-sealed variant is handcrafted by Mr. Cai under SEKI’s commission. It uses a large quantity of white and colored Fritillaria to inlay the scales, with brass and copper accents for the eyes, tongue, and SEKI logo. The exterior is sealed in crystal. The snake’s head glows green in the dark, while the rest of the scales emit a blue glow.
