Reate Knives Krypton
This Krypton is in like new conditions, comes with pouch and box.
It’s a Tashi Bharucha Design powered by the innovative Lee Williams Kickstop flipper mechanism. The Kickstop acts like a blade launcher as the flipper tab is not connected to the actual blade itself but the frame, similar to a GTC SLT. This not only creates the impressive action that you’ve come to expect from Tashi, Williams, and Reate but also allows for the aesthetic that you see here. Normally, you’d have the flipper tab extending past the frame and acting as a finger guard but that’s not the case with the Krypton. It has a very streamlined look and feel that make it an excellent EDC and tactical piece.
It is available in two distinct sizes, one more than capable of tactical encounters, and the other is a “cutie pie size” per Tashi that is ideal for everyday carry. In typical Tashi style, the backspacer is formed by the coming together of the two handle slabs and held together by a single screw hidden by the pocket clip. It gives the appearance of an integral design without the high cost and you have a hidden lanyard hole placed right at the butt end. The Krypton is a fantastic design, as you’d expect, act fast as supply is extremely limited.
