Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as orders are processed automatically through PayPal. If you change your mind, please contact us immediately at info@fablades.com. If the item has not yet shipped, we will issue a partial refund after deducting a 6% PayPal and restocking fee.
What is the currency on Fablades?
The currency is in USD. However if you are located in Canada, we accept e-transfers in CAD. Please contact us at info@fablades.com for assistance.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unopened and sealed products if you contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please reach out within this timeframe to initiate the return process. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping using a tracked method, as well as any customs fees, and potential loss in product value if the packaging is not in its original condition.
Once we receive the returned parcel and verify that everything is in order, we will issue a partial refund (total amount minus initial PayPal fees, the original shipping costs, and any applicable customs fees). Fablades is not liable for any loss or damage during shipping. In the event of loss, all associated costs are the customer’s responsibility and refunds will not be issued. We recommend insuring the package to safeguard against loss or damage.
Please note that we do not accept returns for pre-owned orders or products with broken seals. However, we offer a consignment program to help you resell these items.
