Once we receive the returned parcel and verify that everything is in order, we will issue a partial refund (total amount minus initial PayPal fees, the original shipping costs, and any applicable customs fees). Fablades is not liable for any loss or damage during shipping. In the event of loss, all associated costs are the customer’s responsibility and refunds will not be issued. We recommend insuring the package to safeguard against loss or damage.
Please note that we do not accept returns for pre-owned orders or products with broken seals. However, we offer a consignment program to help you resell these items.
